does the bmw 650i need the barrery to be 100% for it to staRT?

Make sure battery fully charged, and connected to the correct terminals. good luck

a fully charged battery should have 12.65 volts=100%,12.45=75%,12.24=50%,12.06=25%,11.89=discharged.....also where did you get your battery.it needs to be an AGM,OE type battery,also,did you hook up memory saver before unhooking battery to prevent the need to reset vehicle systems,also most BMW"s battery needs to be registered to your cars computer with a special scan tool.on some BMW"s they have 3 batteries.trunk,under drivers seat,behind glove box,and some only have 2.i know someone or several will chime in on this one.call dealer and ask them about this.good luck
