Your car calls for Mobil 1 0w40 or the German version of Castrol Syntec 0w30. These are the best mainstream choices. Anything with both the ACEA A3 rating as well as the BMW Longlife-01 spec on the back of the bottle will work in your car. Be sure and use a quality oil filter such as OEM or a Wix/NAPA.
