Was the battery load tested at a shop or auto parts store, Because a battery that has a shorted cell will still light the headlights and play the radio but won't have the amps needed to start the car. I think your battery has failed and if its only a year old it will still be under warranty, Bring it back to where you purchased it

So if you have the proper fuel pressure and it turns over, Probably need to make sure the ignition switch is operational as I see all the parts stores carry these so it must be a common part that fails Napa has them for about $20 and about an hours labor to replace it. But there are 2 different switches one for tilt wheel and without. You can locate a shop near you here

You can get that estimate here But you have to determine if your rotors need replacement as the shop will measure them to determine that and you can locate a shop near you here

The book time which includes headliner assembly is 6 hours plus parts $160 each retail 2 are needed, So $800 is fair

The part is available here #9 on this diagram Runs about $86 plus shipping and the book time to replace it is 2.8 hours. Hope this helps
