car won't start and battery is ok.what could be wrong

power comes on but starter won't engage. theres a loud ticking coming from the glove /fuse box,even with out key . Ticking comes on then stops for a second before coming back. Battery cables and grounding strap do not appear to be corroded. there are no dtc stored. i have audio and video of the clicking

key word>"does not appear to be corroded"...if you are 100% sure that the battery is not the problem? then clean all connections,including GROUNDS,make them shine like new! make sure all are tight.are you getting power to the starter solenoid on the small wire while a helper tries to start it,testing with a volt meter?

The starter clicks when the key is in and the Start button is pushed. I also replaced the battery and still nothing. I am going to test with the volt meter now. But, there is a new symptom...that clicking coming from the fuse box. I removed the KI.30g relay and the ticking is still happening. I also checked all of the Start/Stop fuses and they are fine.
