High piched squeal but goes away if i tap the brakes but comes back later again

It occurs after the car seems to have warmed up and sounds like it's coming from inside the dashboard but I tap the brakes and it goes away for a time but them comes back sometimes I just let it go and dont tap the brake and it eventually stops but comes back again. Any suggestions.
