There are two horns available to but 1. High 2. Low

There is a high note and low note horn for the vehicle. The low note could be one of two possible horns, depending on the manufacturer - Bosch or Hella.
Just to say here - IF the horns are inoperable - strongly suspect the problem lies elsewhere..
