I"ve had my 330Ci M sport for 6 weeks now and just discovered an oil leak.

Can't see it from here; Has it been rebuilt and only 5,200 miles on the rebuild. Other wise you drove it 5,200 but how many miles are on the engine. Maybe the engine was washed before you bought it and the previous owner didn't want to deal with it, then sold it to you.

On this car, the most common oil leaks com from the Oil Filter stand gasket which create big oil leaks, the Valve covers(plastic) warp and leak, and lastly the oil separator and hoses leak. HAve a good BMW shop look at it. Also, the head gaskets typically go bad from excessive overheating. Regard Brad
