My car is leaking coolant and i had a new radiator installed what can it be?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It leaks slow but after warming up the car it leaks heavier

How long has your 2000 BMW 328i had this problem?

Since my car over heated and i changed the radiator and pump and still leaks so i havent used it since then. Its in my garage
