Sounds like either the window regulator or/and the motor. You can try to roll the window up and listen to see if you can hear the motor working. Some cars the regulator and motor are sold together as one unit. But most likely your problem is the window regulator. Labor at Motorsport is $165 and the part may vary but usually around $150.
