when the battery died or was unhooked,everything resets in the computers.when they try and inspect it,the monitors will show not ready.you must do what is called a drive cycle.just drive it,normal driving 50-200 miles,in town,stop and go,interstate.the computer will set the monitors to ready after that and should pass inspection.
