What is your question?
My 2005 325xi has 145K miles on it. There appears to be no real guidance on the scheduled maintenances after schedule II. Would should i do? i know my car needs a flush of the anti-freeze and power steering fluid based on the color.

My labor guide lists 2.2 hours for oil separator. Unfortunately, it does not list a part price or any required materials. We are primarily a Asian/Domestic repair and service facility. I hope that at least the labor "book time" is of some assistance.
That is about right for a dealer shop. An independent would probably be about 25-35% less. It all depends on what exactly was changed. There are usually other gasket and hoses that should get replaced while you're in there. You should take this very sophisticated, technologically advanced piece of engineering beauty to a trained BMW Specialist (a specialist is someone who only works on one make of vehicle). There are many qualified independent, as well as dealer choices out there. Remember, there is no such thing as a Euro Specialist, or a Japanese Specialist, or a Domestic Specialist, or even a German Auto Specialist - the term would be an oxymoron. A German Auto Specialist would have to be proficient in seven different makes - this is not possible anymore "Jack of all trades, master of none". You can look up an excellent BMW shop by going to the BIMRS web directory (non-profit) at bimrs.org
