Dimmer switch, turn signals, headlights are all not functioning

What is your question?

Car runs great, but cannot get headlights, turn signals to work; Only running lights, interior lights and tail lights functional. Checked all fuses pertaining to lights, all good. Replaced battery already. I have never owned a BWM and do not know where to turn with this one.
