Is the AD Blue fault sign on dash board same as Engine Coolant system

What is your question?

Recently my Q5 2013 is called in for fire hazard check up on Engine coolant system. There is a sign on dash board and garage states that AD BLUE heater circuit open and needs attention by AUdi Main Dealer. They checked with their gadget code P20BD00. Can you pleas reply if it is the same thing or 2 different repairs?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's drivable and apparent symptom besides the amber service light on dashboard.
