What is your question?
Intermittent problem generally first thing in the morning. Engine is running rough and car shakes all over. Engine appears to be flooded. Black smoke and strong smell of unburnt fuel out of exhaust emmission. Switch engine off and restart seems t clear the problem. Could it be faulty ejectors/ignition coil or faulty Catalytical converter
Yes thank you I would agree with this. Charles I still dont know whats causing the car to misfire though, Any thoughts?
First is to have a scanner to monitor ALL engine signals/inputs/outputs. That would be easiest way to narrow the search. OR start pulling parts(plugs and coils) KEEP them labeled for cylinder position!! Inspect and replace as needed. HINT recommend you pull plus AFTER it has sat awhile and had a chance to cool off , and for the (suspected) leaky injector(s) to get the cylinder wet.--- Then it may be easier to determine the affected cylinder(s) . LOW fuel pressure can also cause a 'rich' condition in some cases , making an ACCURATE fuel pressure test that much more important!
