Replaced driver side CV axle when I put car into drive axle broke again making a loud clunking noise what could be problem?

My Driver side CV axle broke I replaced it. My new axle lasted approximately a month. I just replaced it again but this time when put car in drive axle broke making a loud clunking noise looking at axle it looks like it’s twisted. Any ideas what problem could be?
