im almost certian the central lock pump is trashed(through research on this site)so i need any information on if and how i can open the trunk lid to access the part to know for sure,i cant find any button in the dash pocket and after dropping the back seats and crawling around i can find no release cable inside the trunk itself.any information on a way to get to the pump will be greatly appreciated.

You may know the motor is in the right rear panel, can you get to any of the vacuum lines, maybe the front connectors in the void at the front door hinges, and pull a vacuum with an auxiliary vacuum pump.

Not sure. I have found an internet search has helped a bunch and surprisingly found things on EBay at some good prices. Of course that depends on your time to get it and fix it. The dealer may be faster but the cost might give you some time.
Remove/unbolt the latch from inside the trunk. Open trunk!

cool,thanks for the tip,it just seems like a near impossible job to replace3 that lock pump without having the trunk lid open..
there is a small button in that general area but the owners manual describes it as an alarm sensitivy button.
