IF it only started after you had the battery changed , remove and clean the battery terminals better. Then start by checking for faulty door switches or trunk/hood latch switch. Could be corrosion on a ground wire.

Thank you. However, the alarm went off first off and on lasting two days. Took to shop then the repair guy said it was battery so I purchased new battery. After couple days it went off again. What do I need to check for? Is this an alarm problem?

Thank you. However, the alarm went off for two days before I replaced the new battery. After replaced battery it went off again in a couple of days. Is this a alarm problem what do I need to check for.
