What is your question?
I jumped my car incorrectly when the battery died and now after at least a week and a coupke battery recharges the fuse looks blown. I get absolutely no power interior or otherwise and the battery is good according to autozone. I've also replaced the negative battery cable and terminal with no result which led me to the fuse. As I said it looks blown and it's a weird 120A/70A fuse. I can get one from the dealer but I'd heard that replacing it could blow my whole engine. Is this true? Could I potentially ruin my entire electrical system or have I already done that?

Nothing

The best and most memorable lessons are learned through making mistakes! You have no choice other than replacing the main fuse - then see what else may have been damaged .. Replacing the fuse is not going to cause *any more* damage. Good luck with it!
Could you happen to tell me what else to look for in case the car still doesn't work after I replace the fuse? I should mention that after the incorrect jump but before the car died completely somebody was able to get the car started with his battery and was able to remove it and put my battery back in the car without the car shutting down which is an indication that the problem isn't the alternator if I'm correct.
you could do that in 1975,but in todays vehicles do not ever do that. don't ever disconnect even one cable on the battery with it running,could/will cause damage.that main fuse should blow(but not always) when the jumper cables are connected backwards,if you get lucky.not long ago I saw a guy do this after I wouldn't jump him off (told him my hood won't open)so he got another person to jump him,and blew the entire battery out of his car in pieces, acid went everywhere(cables reversed)! that's why I didn't give him a jump. I went inside the store as this was happening,it was dark outside, whole parking lot lights up like lightning hit.
Ok so what kind of damage could I have done because after the incident in which the battery was removed while the car was still running it seemed to be just fine until one day I went to start it and it was dead. I thought nothing of it because my battery was dying quite often already but it didn't show any problems until the fuse blew weeks after any improper jump. What could that mean?
