I have a power steering noise and little leak on the floor.

Check fluid level. Use ONLY fluid specified for HONDA P/S or you will be replacing more parts. IF noise persists with fluid at proper level , have checked for restriction/debris in reservoir----if fluid is 'foamy' then air is getting in somehow and should be diagnosed.
