My spoiler fell off on my acura 2003 tl type s and needs repair.

What is your question?

The mounting holes on the flexible sections on the left and right under side of the spoiler are damaged. Can these flexible gasket sections be replace or repaired on my spoiler or will I need to get a completely new spoiler?
