Car won't start, Battery 2 months old

Replaced the battery twice first time in January 2015, died again in March 2015. Changed the battery under warranty in March 2015, again in May 2015 car wont start. Ran about 500 miles with both the batteries. Car would start with the jump. What diagnotics I should perform before taking it to the dealer and spend hundreds of dollars.
