What is your question?
I am thinking about purchasing a certified pre-owned var with about 32000+44000 thousand miles, but I'm m being told that the repairs are expensive. Is this correct? What are prices for general work like oil changes and brake pads?

This vehicle would be a good choice because they are very dependable and the maintenance & brake work is right in line with other common makes & models. You should have many years of trouble free driving. Plan on a timing belt & tune up at 105,000 miles and get it done!
That is the part number for the *driveshaft support bearing* .. Wheel removal is not required .. However proper tools and talent is definitely required to replace that bearing! Good luck with it!
