Ok so I called the mechanic and he said he did order the new relay and tried it but it still would not start.. currently my car is still there at his shop. I have been searching over and over on google to try and find an answer. I guess I am probably going to have to have it towed to another shop that can hook it up to a computer and maybe they can figure out whats wrong..I did read somewhere that the problem could also be the ignition switch. I appreciate that you have been here to help me with this. I am stressed out over my car.
He said they tried a new relay but that wasnt it. He didn't call it a main relay..
well,it is a very common problem on the Acura/Honda..some call it the Main Relay,Fuel Pump Relay,Fuel Injector Relay and other names.it has a cold/cracked solder joint inside of it on the circuit board.it usually gives a problem in the summer months when it gets very hot INSIDE the car.it does not look like a regular relay.google this Part Number for a picture>>20322<<when it's bad,the car will crank over all day long,it just won't start!
