Acura says bulb must be replaced from behind instrument panel. How is this replacement accomplished. Is it easy enough to be done by me?

remove dash panel and replace all bulbs at that time
Thank you, but how is dash panel removed. I am looking on line for manual that describes how it is removed but have not found source as yet.
