Brakes to floor Air in modulator vsa

What is your question?

Spoke to my guy at Acura he use HDS to bled brakes . He said modulator is bad because he can not get.air out of the system.m Ireally can not figure this out if this is a closed system if you open it should bled out right ? Or I have missed something

Edited reply---read your other post...WHO did the actual install of the master cylinder and the modulator assembly AND are they factory parts or aftermarket?

Small auto shop friend. modulator not touched just master cylinder after market

I believe we talked about this.If you cannot bleed it,there must be a leak.Somewhere there is air trapped or is coming in thru a seal or line.A drain twinn bleeder with hds should do the job if there is no leaks.we have both at our shop.We may be to far for you,if so.try another dealer in your area.

Thank you for your response if you find a leak in a seal or line could you give a ball park number for both I know HDS will run about 100.00 per hour I live close to your shop east oak lane

It is not possible to quote for a leak repair until you know whats is leaking.It could be the abs unit or an o ring seal.Our diagnostic time is billed by the hour $100.00.It could take 1-2 hrs maybe more to isolate the problem.Its the only way.
