You would need to provide a lot more info to even come close to a good guess at what you should pay. Is it a touring model, does it have a clean title, is there anything wrong with it? Just a quick search on kelly blue book shows an 06 mdx non touring model with basic features ranges from 4500-6300 private party price. Alex
