Better/more specific description of conditions? Is this roaring at slow(under 10MPH) speed , and is it worse in reverse? VTM4 light flash? Check engine light on?

Does it at slow speeds as well as Medium speeds. VTM4 Light doesn't always come on and stay on when you push the button. Check Engine is not on at the present.
