Overheating when stopped
What is your question?
My 95 integra overheats when im stopped. I've replaced the radiator, thermostat and I hard wired the fans, and it still overheats when I'm stopped???
What makes this problem better or worse?
Its worse when the engine is hot

Suspect INSUFFICIENT air flow into engine bay at stop.. Another ‘possibility’ is partial water pump impeller deterioration not sufficiently pumping cooling at idle speed - - while stopped - does increasing rpm lower engine temperature?
