new distributor new ecu and new main relay still no spark to plugs or fireto ecu

ok well about 3 months ago my car started giving me problems with starting sometimes it would start then smetimes it wouldnt then one day it just quit and hasnt ran since i put a brand new distributor on it and ecu and main relay and still no spark to my plug wires and my ecu isnt even coming on can anyone help me?

#1 is there pwr to ecu? are the fuses all good? then i think i would quit guessing a get a diag and est for what is wrong. you are wasting alot of $ and time
