Does clutch pedal feel like it's working right? .. Was the **PILOT BEARING** in crankshaft replaced with new clutch kit?? .. Pressure plate.. Clutch disc and release bearing. .. 'Quality parts' used throughout??
for about a 1/2 hr. then it dose feel softer. The pilot bearing came with the kit from Power Torque as did the other parts. The master & slave where replaced 2 times from 2 parts houses. I also replaced the fork & nuckel bolt the 2nd time we rebuilt the clutch as well as the rear seal on the motor
Got to be in the hydraulics it seems to me.. Make sure it has at least a 1/2 inch 'free play' in the clutch pedal when tested with hand.. IF clutch master doesn't return fully to get another full stroke, it can cause that problem. .. It's just something I have run up on. .. Also had one that the pilot bearing/bushing was seizing the input shaft after warm up.
thank you how would you test for that?
