Probable Damages Caused by 20 MPH collision with 4 inch high curb and right wheel

Right front wheel hit a four inch high curb at 20 mph. Thereafter, steering much less responsive. Car still goes straight down road at all speeds. Feels like more weight is on front wheels; harder to turn steering wheel to make turns. What was damaged to cause this kind of steering response? Thanks
