Power Window brackets

The metal "Lift Plates" can be purchase separately. Do not attempt to replace them your self as you must use a propane torch to remove the old plates (loosen adhesive). Too much heat and you just bought a new window. Also, the new plate MUST be installed with Urethane Glass Adhesive and allowed to cure for 24 hours before reinstalling the window into the door. You CANNOT use a silicone based or epoxy adhesive.
