diagnosis and repairs to date: Replaced ECM throttle body cleaned coolant sensor replaced intake air temp sensor cleaned Idle air control valve replaced and throttle body passage cleaned new fuel filter fuel pressure tested good once engine reaches operating temp, 170-195F, runs smooth with plenty of power. What else would case rough idle, stalling until engine reaches operating temp?????
What makes this problem better or worse?

Using a professional quality scanner to view live data while engine is COLD should reveal the source of this problem or a starting point for *hands-on* testing .. This will also require qualified personnel to evaluate scanner the readings. Is is a total waste of time and money to approach this issue otherwise!
