No temperature gauge in car, unable to know the engine temperature!

I Recently Purchased a pre-owned Nissan Sunny 2015 Base Model (Automatic transmission), I noticed that there is no engine temperature gauge, m afraid that what if temperature was usually higher than required and I even don't know about it, that way my car is getting damaged and may lead to serious consequences,

The *temperature gauge* - along with gas gauge - is ‘conspicuously’ displayed in between the tachometer and the speedometer - the temperature and fuel gauges are in ‘digital’ format.

it's called a Versa in North America,in China it's called a Sunny, in Thailand it's called a Almera,in Japan it's called a Latio. Different Countries brand it different names,same car though!
