What is your question?
When I start the car the following happens: My ambient air temperature only shows --- The tire pressure light flashes for about 30 seconds, then stays on, immediately following, the cooling fan runs on high until the car is shut off. Tire pressure is good on all tires. Heat and air conditioning work fine also. Engine temperature is good as well. Car runs fine, just obvious that the fan is running. I drive 200 miles or more per day. This happens every time when I start the car until it is shut off. We've had 70 degree weather as well as snow in the past 3 days. No change.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Always at start up. Any kind of weather.
How long has your 2015 Volkswagen Passat had this problem?

Now if a problem exist within the climate control (air conditioning) even though it appears to be functional - radiator cooling fan may be engaged by default via it’s control module - any OPEN (blown) fuse is suspect .... Fuse 15 is relative to all concerns. Otherwise seek *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel for further diagnosis.
