Hello, what was the purpose of replacing the oxygen sensor? Testing is required, especially while the problem is occurring, to see what is not functioning properly. A fuel pressure test will rule out the fuel pump (fuel pump failure is unlikely to be the cause), and the fuel filter is located at the pump and is not serviceable reasonably. I would suspect more of an air intake problem causing fuel / air mixture ratio concerns, affecting performance. Testing will sort this out.
Reading the fine print i see oil is ponding in spark plug tubes - that's the problem! .. Oil is allowing ignition spark travel to ground instead of directly to the spark plugs.. Replacement of valve cover gaskets (gasket set) will be required along with spark plugs and recommended ignition coils - which will include the spark plug boots. 2003 year model - it's time to spend a little money on it!
Yes - this problem may very well be intermittent.
You failed to mention the flashing check engine light!
