Need roof repaired or replaced and help with insurance compay

My daughter was in an accident- suffered nearly 8000 of car damage (front and passenger front panel). Roof was perfect in the morning and did not work after the accident. Insurance will not cover- said it's not related as it's mechanical. What do I do?

Unfortunately this will have to be proven by *hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualifying personnel. Insurance companies will always try to save a buck - just like everyone else!
