My truck won't start. It cranks but won't turn over. Can I use starter spray?

if the engine won't turn over,then starter fluid ain't going to help you!

this may sound dumb but have you replaced the coil pack? I have a 2002 ranger edge it dose this when the coil goes out. may go for months no problem then dies and wont start till it is replaced. was told it is a design flaw of the ranger coils get hot and go out. just wondering Erika B
