my truck is a 1987 f150 4.9 4x4 4 sp. Any does it have a computer on it.

That s early system ,u sure your jumping the right pins ,if so' fuse blown ,check fuses. Then it will give ucflashimg check engine light ,u gotta count the flashes.. I gt same truck but 1995 ,they were notorious for that cross over pipe in the back of the heads rusting and melting the vacuum Lines in the back of the engine..
