My Stabiltrak sensor , tire pressure sensors come on when its cold out

How did you replace the stabilitrack sensor, I haven't ever seen such a sensor. The tire sensors are in each tire, and you changed them all.

In cold weather the pressure in your tires drops , causing the low pressure light to come on . As the tire rolls it warms up causing the air to warm and create more pressure ,light goes out .
