She said they jumped it and replaced battery. No lights radio or anything. When I turn the key it does nothing

No battery power immediately following battery replacement is commonly the result of reversed battery terminal polarity .. The cables were inadvertently touched or hooked up to the *wrong* battery post .. .. This will cause the main battery fuse to fail resulting no battery power .. Unfortunately - this fuse isn't the same as one of the other smaller fuses that can easily be replaced ... Hands-on assistance from *qualified personnel* will more than likely be needed.
and always double check that they put the correct battery size in for your car - I bought a 85 Chrysler E-class with the dreaded Mitsubishi engine - the previous owners kids put in a battery that was too small - causing problems such as no reserve capacity. Putting the correct size battery in solved a lot of problems.
