It kept running and didn't set off the "Check Engine" light. A few days later it wouldn't start after parked a few minutes. A check of power to the fuel pump relay showed "0" volts. No codes showed on the key test. How do I test it and in what sequence?

You need a DVOM and a factory wiring diagram. If you don't have both and some electronic testing knowledge you won't be able to perform correct testing.
