My issue is while coming to stop and its time to accelerate has hesitation delay and it pucks up speed,now i finding myself turning off a stop and restart and it acts perfect.. pls help no chech engine and no codes per mechanic.

It seem to be an problematic as car heats up or Ac on.. I've changed pcv valve,Spark plugs and had 2 transmission flush/ also Air filter changed and throttle cleaned and problem still exists..

What makes this problem better or worse?
