Going by information supplied; start with making sure(by testing) the battery is fully charged (not a jump) and all connections clean and tight. After that if you turn the key and still only get a click , make sure (again by testing) that the click is coming from the starter solenoid and that it is getting full battery voltage. If it is , then you've probably got a failed starter. That also can be tested to verify , before spending what you don't have on the wrong part (this is the internet , I'm guessing in the blind) . Good luck.
It's in the ignition on your steering wheel. The easiest, cheapest way to fix this is to bypass your ignition and put a push starter connect straight to the battery on one side and hook a wire from other side of push starter to the small wire on top of starter selonoid. That will fix your problem for about $15. Put key in ignition turn to on position in and push button. Van should start. Mine did same thing. The tcs is the traction control system. Mine came on but eventually went off.
Mahalo for the respond and will be sure to test...i cheated i bought a new battery and it still is the same, no start so I am guessing to invest in a starter, besides this car is due for a fix, but Thank you so much its nice to know their is some one out their whos willing to send a few helpful information...Aloha from Hawaii
Good luck , thanks for the reply and remember , you can test the circuit and starter before buying it and then finding out that wasn't the problem!
