My fly wheel is missing teeth, how much does it generally cost to fix?

(1993 Toyota Pickup)
in Minot, ND on March 02, 2013
It has been acting up for a while now. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to start it because it grinds. When my clutch was replaced they didnt put my inspection plate back on so Im sure that stuff got up in there.

Has anyone looked at the flywheel teeth to see if any are bad? May be starter drive (bendix).
If flywheel is the trouble then about the same price as the clutch job to repair it.
