My Cadillac dhs has a misfire in 3rd cylinder! What should I do??? Keep the car or get rid of it

FIX IT! .. Most likely the # 3 coil is the culprit, 'testing recommended'.. # 3 is in the rear bank coil pack cassette, nearest the firewall.
