Grinding noise, brakes soft and abs seems to be engaging

What makes this problem better or worse?

Before the pads and master cylibdar was fixed, it was fine after bleeding then would slowly get soft again. I bled them once every 10 or 12 days for about 2 months bc nobody knew why.
