how come it don't get cool
SYSTEM OVERCHARGED.. Blockage in system.. Radiator fan inoperative.. Failed compressor or other components.. To find out why...system must be tested with A/C manifold gauge set to start with!.. Regardless of what you see on these TV commercials, it's not a DIY fix, 'most' of the time!
