My ac or heater is not working at all. Is it the blower resister & where is it?

I installed a new switch lever but that wasn't the problem. Im trying to find the heater blower resister. Is it under the hood, or under the glove compartment or under the dash inside? Is that the problem?

if its blower motor resistor it normally default to high only. its under glove box attached to heater box

High does not work. theirs a wallet size black whatever under the glove compartment when I remove the glove compartment is it in their or under that?
