my 98 will not idle right.it idles at 25

no codes,no check engine light on.no other shop wants to tough it.not even the dealer.sometimes i can hit the door locks and it kills the motor and windows and fuel pump.door locks try to work but not enough power to make them work.it's like 3 or 4 volts,they try but not enough power to make them work.play with it for a little while and you can start the car but the motor still runs like crap.i think low power some where.

Has anyone checked the ignition switchh?
